Alchemical Painting Experience [$25]
Incorporate plant medicine into your shamanic painting & artwork practice. Experience the beauty of slow working to infuse your work with healing intent using techniques that will not only deepen your art practice but help support your spiritual evolution. The paintings created using this process serve as a focal point for meditation for healing and shamanic consciousness.
Sessions are 3-hours long & participants are encouraged to come at any time during the session to join other artists at a point in the process & stay as long as desired between 12:30 am and 3:00 pm.
Artists will be working on in-process paintings that will be completed in the weeks ahead by numerous other artists. This is to promote the release of attachment to the painting and encourage a focus on the process. Each project painting will have several painters who will infuse the painting with their healing intent. The finished meditation focus paintings will be offered for sale @ the Creamery Art Center at 165 W Bridge Street in Hotchkiss, Colorado. Prints will be offered for sale online to benefit Shamanic Arts Center and the Traveling Shamans.
